The Favorites menu gives you quick access to the plug-ins you use the most often. A few plug-in entries are included to get you started, but you can add and remove other plug-ins as well.

This takes you to the Options dialog, where you can add, delete or edit items on the Favorites menu (when the dialog has opened, click on the 'Favorites' tab). You can also change the order in which the items appear in the menu, so you could have the plug-ins you use most often at the top, for example, and you can change the name on the menu to something more memorable if you wish.
You can also do this by pressing F12 on your keyboard.
This adds the currently selected plug-in to the list, using the title of the plug-in as the name on the menu. You can change the name using the 'Manage' option above.
These are the items that you have added to the menu (though there are some default items that are provided by X-Setup to get you started). Clicking on the item will take you to that plug-in.
